Dave brings over 30 years of experience and a rich mix of styles to Ready Or Not! From classic rock and blues to country and alternative, his guitar playing and vocals cover it all. Inspired by icons like The Beatles, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, and Pink Floyd, Dave delivers melodic riffs, soulful solos, and vocals that captivate audiences of all ages. His high-energy performances have taken him coast to coast, connecting with fans and keeping every stage alive.

A Ventura County native, Jeff has been shredding six-strings since he was 15. From classic rock riffs to modern hits, his versatile playing brings both passion and precision to every performance.

Offstage, his love for Iron Maiden and all things metal fuels his energetic style, adding a fiery edge to the band’s sound. When Jeff hits the stage, audiences can expect blazing solos, tight rhythms, and an unmistakable rock vibe.

The newest member of Ready Or Not!, Rob, is an East Coast transplant who’s been a San Fernando Valley resident for over 20 years.  Ever since he got bored taking piano lessons and “reading the dots” as a teen, he finally got serious about having fun playing and dug into the hits and the deep cuts of his musical heroes. Billy Joel has always been a huge musical inspiration, as well as classic rock of the 60’s-80’s, but he also loves everything from Mozart to Motown and is excited to bring keyboards into the band.

Andy’s bass lines are the heartbeat of Ready Or Not! With decades of live performance experience, he’s been rocking stages since his teens. Influenced by legends like Yes, Black Sabbath, and Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Andy blends technical skill with a deep love for rock music. Whether laying down classic hard-rock grooves or progressive epics, his stage presence and connection with the audience make every show a high-energy experience.

Robert got his start in middle school jazz band, but by 14, he was tearing up the Hollywood metal scene. Over the past 30+ years, he’s played everything from metal and rock to funk and pop, developing a deep musical versatility. That experience allows Robert to adapt to any setlist, keeping Ready Or Not!’s shows tight, dynamic, and full of groove. His energy behind the kit is infectious, making every performance feel like the first time the crowd is hearing him play.
